SERVING THE LORD

“So you shall serve (Worship) the Lord your God and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days” (Exo 23:25-26)
The Lord God almighty who is self existence that knows all things and can do all things demands that work for Him as a servant, render obedience and worship to Him, that is do something useful for Him and supply His needs God has a need a need that He desire you and I to supply so that He can always delight in us and equally supply our needs.
The greatest service we can offer to God who is all-sufficient (The El-Shaddai) is to offer Him worship. Jesus Christ asserted and reminded the devil that is responsibility is to worship and serve the Lord. “Then Jesus said to him, away with you Satan, for it is written “You shall worship the Lord your God and Him only you shall serve” (Matthew 4:10) if it is written concerning the devil (Satan) to worship the Lord and serve Him be rest assured that is clearly written also for you to serve the Lord.
“Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing” (Psalm 100:2). It is expedient for everything that has breath to worship and praise the Lord.
God is looking for servants who will bring Him praise, thanksgiving, worship. Jesus Christ asserted the need to render obedience and worship to the almighty as long as you have breath. The reason why you are a created is to worship and serve the Lord. “But the hour is coming and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking for such to worship Him. God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth” (John 4: 23-24).
So many people today claim to worship God but worship what they do not know. True worship of God comes as a result of relationship (Father-Son relationship). You will find it boring worshiping or waiting on the Lord in service if you are born of water and of the spirit that is you are genuinely born again and you are growing in your relationship with almighty God (the Father of all Spirit). It will take a spirit being to worship a spirit God (John 3:5-7).
To worship God in truth is not a religious exercise it is an act that comes up based on the revelation of God, that how much of God has been revealed through you in His word. (Rhema). You don’t worship God in a stereotype manner or according to what you have memorized but on how much truth of Him you know.
This is why so many people lack of praise, honour, worship or songs when they come before God in a worship service or in their family alter. I pray that as you read through this message your spirit mind will be quicken to grasp the truth about serving the Lord.
“For since the creation of the world this invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by things that are made even His eternal power and God head so that they are without excuse, because although they knew god, they did not glorify him as god, nor were thankful but became futile in their thoughts and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools” (Rom 1:20-22)
You must worship and serve God based on His attributes which are clearly seen, His almightiness, greatness, His eternal power which is incomparable and inexhaustible need to be acknowledge and appreciated. Praise Him for his wonderful and mighty acts. Be thankful for his passed deeds to you present deeds and future deeds.
Worship Him, thank Him and praise Him much more than your boss that just handed over to you your letter of promotion with all the benefits which is 100 times what it used to be.
Come before God with the right word of praise and worship, make it a regular habit, it will amaze you how things will turn around in your favour.
“Whoever offers praise glorifies me, and to him who orders his conversation (conduct) aright, I will show the salvation of God”. (Psalm 50:23)
Right worship brings about salvation of God-blessing upon your bread, water, fruitfulness, preservation of life, property, maturity of vision and fulfilment of gods.
Whose service and worship will be accepted by God:-
- A man who honour and highly esteemed God in his heart, whose heart is not futile or set on vain things but on God and his glory.
- A holy and pure vessel that is totally yield to God as a living sacrifice (Rom 12:1)
God deserved to be praise and worship. He is the most benevolent father. You cannot serve Him rightly and regret doing so. You cannot praise Him sufficiently without Him given you a raise in life. You cannot bow down before Him and challenges, obstacles and evil forces and agents will continue to stand against you.
Wise people worship and serve the lord JESUS CHRIST. Worship him and praise for at least 30 minutes today, tell Him how good, great and awesome He is, call Him by His name. Stand in awe of Him. “And when they had come unto the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down and worshipped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to him- gold frankincense and myrrh”. (Mat 2:11)
Prayer:
1) Lord whatever will not allow my worship and service to be acceptable to you, remove and take them from my life.
2) Give me the power to daily offer you worship and service in spirit and truth.

JESUS SATISFIES

The thief does not come except to steal and to kill and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly (John 10:10)
Any time that a man or people are not satisfied; there is confusion, confrontation, war and all manner of evil vices. How do you find tune satisfaction or what really satisfy?
In Luke 19:1-10, there was a story of a man called Zacheaus, he was highly positioned in the society, he had riches, men servants and maid servants, and he had great influence among the people and within the government.
One day he heard that Jesus was passing by the Bible quoted “and he sought to see who Jesus was, but could not because of the crowd, for he was of short stature so he ran ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see Him for He was going to pass that way, and when Jesus came to the place. He looked up and saw him and said to him “Zacheaus today I must stay at your house” Luke 19:3-5.
To find true satisfaction in life you must acknowledge and act on the prompting of God. You must be willing to diligently seek Jesus, willing to hear instruction from him and act on the voice of the Master.
In the bid to do you must be ready to defile all obstacles, hearken to the voice of the Holy Spirit Zacheaus could not see Jesus because of the crowed, but he defiled this circumstantial hindrance by climbing on the tree to have a gaze on the Lord his maker. He defiled natural hindrance because he was short stature because there was a prompting in his spirit mind that it is Jesus he needs to fill the vacuum in his life. As you read this message, it is my prayer that you will hear the voice of the Lord your maker so strong and distinct that will cause you to ignore circumstantial, natural or ethical profile in order to see Jesus.
Jesus knows your dearest need that will bring all round satisfaction to you but you must be willing and ready to hearken to the instruction of Jesus. In john 2:5, Mary told the people that came to her asking for help, that I can’t help meet your need, but to Jesus, He alone can satisfy you “Hiss mother said to the servants whatever He says to you do it”
The voice of Jesus is authoritative, caries power. He has always given you divine invitation to richly dwell in you.
“Behold I stand at the door and knock, if any one hears my voice and opens the door I will come into him and dine with him and he with me” (Rev 3:20)
You need to receive and respond to Jesus divine invitation joyfully, acknowledge divine invitation is totally surrendering to God as your personal Lord and Saviour.
This brings you to journey of living a changed life to becoming the man or the woman He has ordained you to be.
Ten Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord look, Lord I give half of my goods to the poor and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation I restore fourfold.
As you begin to live to please God not pleasing yourself and becoming a blessing to others, this change life of genuine salvation definitely will bring you satisfaction.
Jesus declaration to you this day is that salvation has come to your house. I pray that your salvation must be accompanied with change.
When Jesus comes to a life there is great rejoicing. I pray that from this day henceforth, joy unspeakable and the peace that transcend all human understanding will become your portion.
Zacchaeus realised that only Jesus could satisfy, so he did not find it difficult to let go all that could hinder him not to have the fullness of Jesus Christ and his abundant life.
You too can take such step like Zacchaeus you can’t regret giving Christ your all. You can’t lose but you will rather gain.
Prayer
 Lord give me the power to remove every barrier that is standing between me having deep fellowship and communion with you.
 Lord satisfy my hunger and thirst for righteous, purity, power, prosperity and all other blessings.

GOD’S OUTSTRECHED HAND

“The Lord of host has sworn saying, surely as I have thought so it shall come to pass and as I purposed so it shall stand. That I will break the Assyrian in my land and on my mountains tread him underfoot. Then his yoke shall be removed from their shoulders. This is the purpose that is purposed against the whole earth. And this is the hand that is stretched out over all the nations. For the lord of host has purposed. And who will annul it. His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back” (Isa 14:24-27)

God’s outstretched hand is like a two edged sword which can make or mar a man, or nation. His hand stretched forth can build up or pull down strongholds, keep or scattered defend or destroyed depending on what He has purpose to do with the situation/person concern. God’s outstretched hand is loaded with divine power and any time he stretch his hand towards a person, or situation, his supper divine power is diffused to such person or situation to carry out what is in His mind to accomplish. It is my prayer as you read this message that God will stretch out his hand towards you, your family, career, business or to destroy yokes bring mighty deliverance, elevation and amazing miracles in your life in Jesus name.

His hand shall be visible upon your life, every evil hand; mark will be removed and destroyed in Jesus name. Heaven will place his mark of favour upon your head by God’s mighty outstretched arm.

In the scripture quoted above, the Assyrian for long oppressed, afflicted, and enslaved the children of Israel. The bible says they occupied the land, the inheritance, took possession of the children of Israel possession and they (Israel) could not lift any hand against them, they could not raise their voices they gave up for failure and defeat. But God in heaven at the fullness of time arose to fight their battles for them. This day, this season the almighty God will arise on your behalf stretch his hand against your enemies (visible or invisible, known or unknown) many or few and they shall be completely overthrow uprooted and rendered powerless in Jesus name.

When god stretch out his hand to the sick, the reproached, abandoned, rejected, isolated, despised, impoverished, the story of that person automatically must changes. Every unpleasant situation in your life in this season is changed turned around by God’s mighty outstretched arm in Jesus name.
In Matthew 8:2-3, Jesus touched a leprous man his leprosy was cleansed, became a celebrity, his honour and dignity in the family, church and society was restored. Your honour peace, glory dignity position shall likewise be restored to you now in Jesus name.

“And behold a leper came and worship Him saying “Lord if you are willing you can make me clean” Then Jesus put out his hand and touched him, saying I am willing be cleansed immediately his leprosy was cleansed” (Matthew 8:2-3)

Jesus Christ touch can make every evil spell evil or Satanic make dropped off, stain to drop off, incurable sickness and disease to drop, flow of evil trend against your destiny to dry up. Jesus carries the touch of power that can make whole or clean (1John 3:8)

The divine touch of God can make you to out grow and overcome your limitation. The magnetic power of God from His outstretched hand is capable of reversing the irreversible; bring about the restoration of lost blessing. This season the Lord will restore back to you lost opportunity and blessing in multiple folds, they shall flow back to you in Jesus name (2Kings 6:1-7).

When God stretches his hand against your enemy, their end has definitely come no matter what weapons they carry, their numerical strength is nit a problem to God. God stretch his hand against pharaoh his chariots and horses, they were all drowned.

“Your right hand O’ Lord has become glorious in power; your right hand O Lord has dashed the enemy in pieces. Your stretch out your right hand, the earth swallowed them” (Exo 15:6; 12).

In this season all your enemies visible or invisible, few or many, know or unknown are in for terrible surprise because God will stretch his hand against them for destruction in Jesus name. All the stubborn pursuers, who did not want you to reach your God ordained destiny shall be totally broken into pieces right now in Jesus powerful name.

When God stretch his hand, He opened every closed doors against his beloved, God through Moses outstretch hand caused the sea to go back a strong east wind all the night and made the sea into dry land and the waters were divided for the children of Israel to cross over to the place of the rich fulfilment, a large flowing with milk and honey (Eox 14:21). Right now I want you to make a decree that any blockage be it physical or spiritual on your path way to progress, to fruitfulness, to prosperity peace etc to give way by God’s mighty outstretch hand. I decreed that every door of goodness, mercy, favour, blessing fruitfulness closed against you be opened now by God’s powerful hand.

At the stretching forth of Jehovah’s hand to the dead, the dead come alive, the lame walk, the blind see, the deaf hears. Now I see God stretching his glorious and powerful upon your womb, dead organs of your body, business, ministry, career, profession and given them live in Jesus name.

Crippled life destiny, marriage ministry receive the life giving power from God’s hand to rise and walk, rise and live to bring glory to God.

God is willing and ready to demonstrate the awesomeness of His power by His outstretched hand on your behalf at any time in every situation to bring salvation and deliverance to you, therefore you must ensure you are walking uprightly before, serving Him with a loyal heart not taking with sin or any thing that does please God.

Total surrender your life to him; live in holiness and purity of heart and clearness of hands before God at all times.

“Behold the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor his ears heavy that it can not hear; but your iniquities have separated you from your God. And your sins have hidden His face from you. So that He will not hear” (Isa 59:1-2)

PRAYER
1. Lord deliver and keep me away from doing what can make me see the wrath of your outstretched hand.

2. Lord stretch your glorious hand to save, deliver and bless me and that is mine in Jesus name.
